I know that Higher Ground Baptist Church has this twice a week at least. It is from something like 9:30 t 2:00 or something. I would check there. I know some other churches in the area have this, but I'm not sure which ones. Maybe you can use the directory on this site (we have SO much to check out) and make some calls. I know the HGBC for sure, though, but am shaky on the times.

There's a Methodist Church on Orebank that has one as well - but that's the extent of my knowledge about it.

First Baptist Church in Kingsport offers a parents day/night out program. You can read more about it on the fbckpt.org website.

Memorial Presbyterian Church in Elizabethton is starting a new Mother's Day Out Program. It is going to be on Fridays from 9-1 starting Sept 3rd. You can call the church office at 423-543-2711 for more information or you can go by the church office to pick up a registration pack. Hope this helps!
